The Dry Hire of the space is offered at a rate of 200GBP per day, with an additional 50 GBP deposit beforehand.
At this price you would get the Office for the whole day to do your things, including an assistant that will be on site to help you with any connection, workflow and any other functionality issues and questions.
Unfortunately some of the delicate vintage microphones would not be available during a dry hire booking, as they require a presence of an engineer to run the session with minimum complications and/or risks.
